Copy of New Takes On Southern Classics! (Cooking Class)

We are so very excited to announce the beginning of “Cooking Classes at Estancia!” Under the instruction of our in-house Chefs, Phillip Bryant and Veronica Valdivia, of Heirloom Hospitality Group, you too can now master your time in the kitchen and up your culinary game! These classes are being held on Wednesday evenings beginning at 6:30 PM and will finish by 9:30 PM. Each class includes champagne, wine, and a sit-down dinner featuring the items taught that evening! This is a truly wonderful way to get ready for the upcoming holiday season! $85/Each 


 


Cooking Classes (Series I) – “New Takes on Southern Classics”


9/19/18 – “The Chicken and The Egg”


In this class you will learn how to make “Fancy Pants” Deviled Eggs, “Damn Good!” Chicken Stock, and “Chicken -n- Dumplins’


9/26/18 – “A Simple Luncheon”


In this class you will learn how to prepare a simple Southern Luncheon including irresistible “Down Home” Shrimp & Grits, Bread & Butter Pickles, and “Mimi’s” Country Style Lemonade


10/3 – “A Proper Southern Breakfast”


In this class you will learn how to make Cheddar & Rosemary Drop Biscuits, Tabasco Poached Eggs, and Skillet Ham with Red Eye Gravy


10/10 – “Fall Fixins”


In this class you will learn how to make “Deep South” Collard Greens, Mixed Field Lettuces with Buttermilk, Radish & Bacon, and Buttermilk Spoon Bread


 


This is a 21 and over event.
