We are pleased to team up with this dynamic duo formerly of Coral Gables’ renowned “The Local Craft Food and Drink.” Chef Phillip’s Virginia upbringing and love for Southern Cuisine along with his former positions at “Yardbird Southern Table and Bar,” “Swine Southern Table and Bar,” and his tutelage under his mentor, Chef Norman Van Aken, are at the forefront of this new, ground-breaking concept.
We are pleased to bring to you our “Farm to Farm” dining experience. This innovative approach has as its’ core, the belief that locally sourced fruits, vegetables, and meats should be just that; local & fresh. By relying heavily on ingredients that are at the peak of their season and within a short distance to our farm, Chef Phillip and Estancia are recreating the South Florida farm dining experience.

Chef Phillip shall expertly guide your taste buds through the plentiful bounty of the South Dade farming community. These spectacular five or seven course dinners feature a welcome cocktail and wine pairings which are masterfully explained by our in-house sommelier.
