We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
Cooking Classes
Any and all cooking classes or series of cooking classes are non-refundable, however we do understand that situations beyond our control, do arise. Should you not be able to attend, you may be able to use the credit for a future class, and/or send someone in your place. Please note any and all credits must be used within 60 days of original class purchase date.
“Meals at Estancia” (lunches, brunches, dinners and other culinary events)
Kindly note due to the nature of our “Meals at Estancia” events, we unfortunately cannot issue full refunds. You may however reschedule at no additional charge, depending upon the availability of the event you would like to reschedule for. Please note any and all rescheduled reservations, must be used within 60 days of original event purchase date. We ask that you please inform of us your cancellation, at least one week prior to our event, so that we may prepare accordingly.
Weddings, Corporate & Other Large Events
Deposits are non-refundable after 30 days. Refunds are subject to $100 processing fee. Requests for cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellation less than 120 days prior to event is subject to full payment. An additional deposit of $600 will be held as a cleaning and damage deposit, refundable the week after the event based on Estancia’s evaluation of conditions of facilities.
